be safe out there would hate to see what happened to dan happen to someone else

+1 my 193m's on my XI originally came with michellen pilot sport summer run flats.. I had changed to a continental DWS extreme all season since my car is a lease.. summers do not grip under 50F degrees not to safe...

Deciding to go with all seasons vs snow, what made you decided on AS?

Looks like there's a snowstorm tomorrow night, and 60 degree weather next week.

still got my summers on and was driving through the snow - tires are surprisingly good.

but like others have said, its still way too early for snows - waiting til daytime highs are consistently in the 30s.

I haven't gotten around to putting my winter/snow tires on my xi yet but it handled like a champ with my Continental DWS in 4" of wet heavy unplowed snow, even on huge hills. At one point, I had to stop on a big hill waiting to turn into my steep driveway, it didn't even phase my car. I'm glad I went with all seasons/winters rather than summer/winter now. I love snow.
