I would suggest you dont buy this one because its not made by 3M. I have one
of these too and the quality-flexibility really pisses me off. Anyway i think thats enough for doing your trims ![]()

to be honest, it's not too difficult.
I did mine couple of weeks ago myself as my first diy project. I bought mine at a local store and the guy came out to my car with a tape ruler and measured it out for me to see how much i would need. it came out to be 8 square feet. For me, it was 10$ per square foot. 8sqf was perfect size though it didnt leave much room for mistakes. It was the 3M cf wrap and personally I thought it was great material to work with. It IS not flexible to work with until you use a heatgun/hairdryer to heat it up. after heating it up, it becomes REALLY flexible and stretchy. and if you screw up, you can peel it and put it back on. Hope this helps. |

I have a e93 bmw 335i I wrapped my trim with carbon fiber, i used scotchprint 3m vinyl carbonfiber, awsome stuff a lil pricey but amzing, i used 60"x24"(5'X2') but i would go a little more cuz kinda had to sretch it alot for the last to rear door trim pieces, i think you need 60"X36"(5'x3'). and you will have some leftover

You shouldn't pinch the vinyl. You should stretch it over the corner and make a 45 degree cut to relieve the stress. Then wrap it around the edge. Someone made a diy on that.
After wrapping you need to heat the vinyl to 200 degrees to "set" it so it won't peel when it sits in the sun. |

Wow! That looks great. What kind of trim do you have under that vinyl?
