FS:White piece for rear fogs
I have two white pieces, which are needed to enable the rear fogs on US spec E90s. Here is the DIY: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ight=rear+fogs Asking $20 each shipped

Before buying, I recommend you guys to take apart your light switches and make sure the white piece you currently have (for the front fogs) looks exactly like the OPs.
I've taken apart a few light switches and have found there to be two different types of plastic pieces; with the 4 pegs at the end being shorter on some and longer on the others. OPs are the longer variety. What this means is if your light switch has the shorter-peg white piece, installing the OPs white piece will be constantly pushing down on the fog connector. This can be fixed by trimming the circular 'buttons' the white piece pushes on so the total length ('buttons'+pegs on the white piece) are identical. Sorry if I wasn't clear, just trying to help buyers avoid a potential problem. |
