we ordered 4 set of FK Coilovers ... one pair (front shocks and springs) looked like this , which must be wrong right ?


then i got 1set where both in front looks like the one to the left ...
and 2 sets that looks like the one to the right ...
accordoing to me it should be shit the same in the other 3 sets cause they are all the same ... but the 4th set (showed in pics) are two diffrent shocks...
which ones are the right ones ?

2 cars are E91 pre-lci
1 car is E90 LCI
1 car is E91 LCI

I think they use different strut housings depending on what they have in their stock...the strut internals are the ones that matter. FK is a cheap suspension...what do you expect. They seem to have stamped the same part number, so it's good.

eeehm i have had their Silverline X on my 335 without any issues at all, and its koni or some or the bigger company's that make them if i dont remember it wrong ...
u see that they are not the same at the bottom ... also they have diffrent number there...

the other 3pkg i have are not like that ... 1pair is like the one to the left and 2pairs are like the one to the right...this one has one each...

They number from the top has different markings of -1 and -2 because they are for the left and right struts (which are different in any BMW e90 suspension, not only FK). The number from the bottom can be the batch number, etc.

If the other packages that you have bought are for the same car (BMW e90) then it's even more evidence that the different built struts are ok.

Of course, you can email FK about this...

so u think it will fit even if one is turned and the other is not ?
the other packages are at least same , two are turned and two are not ...
