I am looking at adding a Clutch Stop and a Clutch Delay Valve from Burger. Are these very cost effective items worth adding/upgrading?

Wouldn't worry about an upgraded valve, simply remove the restriction from your stock one. No chance of being noticeable either that way.

I got both.
Runs like a whole new car. I would recommend the "upgraded" vs removing it, so they don't notice anything.
