2008 BMW 335xi coupe Auto Nav LOADED certified preowned 100K warranty - $29950

Item Interest
I'm selling my beautiful 2008 BMW e92 335xi AT. It is jet black with saddle brown leather interior. The car has around 35,300 miles but is driven daily commuting to my job (~70 mi/day) so this will change.

The vehicle is loaded for convenience and comfort and is very fast with its twin turbo inline 6 cylinder engine producing 300 hp and 300 ft-lbs of torque. It features the Premium Package (leather interior, premium sound lumbar support), the Cold Weather Package (heated seats and mirrors), and the Sports Package (sport seats with extra bolstering, sport suspension, raised speed limiter, 18" wheels, and factory oil cooler). It also has factory Navigation and Bluetooth. It has an automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The car does not have comfort access but this can be added.

I bought it as a Certified PreOwned vehicle and the transferrable warranty expires in 2014/100,000 miles. I have the COMPLETE maintenance records. I'm in Alexandria, VA and can arrange for PPI at your dealership of choice and shipping at buyer's request and payment. The car was washed weekly and waxed every two to three weeks. It was clayed once. There are no dings or scratches but there are several rock chips on the bumper as would be the case with any commuter. These chips have all been touched up using Dr. Colorchip and I will include this kit with the vehicle to the purchaser. There is noticeable blemish on the edge of the front left rim that was estimated at $85 to fix at a local wheel shop. It is a purely cosmetic scuff from a curb that jumped out at me in DC.

The reason for sale is that my kids have a hard time with the coupe and my son gets car sick sitting in the back because he can't see out of the windows. I need something with a lower payment, more doors, and better mileage as I drive about 20K miles/year to and from work. I am the second owner of the vehicle and I have owned it for approximately 6 months and ~11000 miles. I have changed the oil with BMW factory oil and filter two times in this period. Again, it is a CPO vehicle so the TRANSFERABLE factory warranty runs until 100,000 miles or until 3/09/2014.

The only modifications are quad tips to the factory exhaust, replaced all interior lights with white LEDs, installed smoked gray reflectors in place of the amber ones in the front fenders, and installed aluminum AC Schnitzer pedals. The exhaust tips are only the small ~8" tip after the stock muffler. They do not affect sound, they're just for looks.

The Kelly blue book price for this vehicle in excellent condition in a private party sale is $30,286. My price of $29,950 is extremely competitive considering its beautiful condition and the fact that the vehicle has a 100,000 mile factory warranty until 2014. The Kelly blue book price for this vehicle as a certified preowned vehicle is $34,186. I'm not trying make a bunch of money on this car. I'm just trying to get what I owe on it and get into something that is more practical for my situation. Thanks for looking.

Im interested in your car, but i'm currently looking at a few other similar cars also. i have some concerns about if you have done any modifications yourself? what is the interior quality (scratches, wear spots in the leather, dings on the wood)? get back to me and we could try and negotiate a deal.
