Should I need extended Maintenance Need advise

I own a 2008 335i coupe with 22,000 miles on it. MY warrenty is finishing in couple of days and was wondering should I go for extended maintenance .

My dealer said since it go low miles , all i have to do is change my rear brakes in another 9000 miles. Right now I am thinking I wont get the extended warranty and want to know how much its gonna cost me to change them out of warrenty with BMW dealer?

Thanks
Vijay

Rear brakes should be $500 to $700 at a dealer.

The extended maintenance will not be worth it - you are better off self-insuring.

2008 with 22,000 miles? Answer, no unless you plan on driving the car. The way you are driving it you will not need brakes until 2017!

If no codes are being thrown use Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner (concentrate). It solves rpm fluctuating upon cold start-up. Also, for most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the Peake Research Tool. It contains the actual BMW codes. If you want to register a newly installed battery for free (just buy a $10 cable) and google/download BMWLogger

My dealer charged $1500 for front and rear pads and rotors.
