I am a long time MINI/BMW guy, but new to forums. Recently I graduated with my BS in Information Technology and now I am going after a career with BMW. More specifically I want to start in the Engineering and Operations Management Program at Spartanburg SC. It's a 2 year leadership/BMW boot camp of sorts, but after the 2 years you well versed in all things BMW, MINI, and Rolls.

In an effort to get noticed for this position, I have created a resume website. I took a creative leap and, well, you'll see. Let's just say that if you have been to MINIUSA, then you will feel right at home...

Love it. Seeing the flash, javascript, and overall design, I can tell you put a lot of effort into it.

When I set out to create this I had one big thing in mind. Don't use Flash.

Typo on the "goals" tab: add another S to "unles."

Thanks for all the feedback! I will make the change right now. If anyone knows someone at the Spartanburg Plant, and wants to pass this along... Just sayin.

I was thinking about adding an "employee configurator" that would work like a car configurator, but it always makes me. It would go something like this, "Do you want to add the Experience Package to your new employee?" or have stand alone options like, "Analytical Skills" or "Speaks German". What do you think? Would it even matter?

I've updated some of the wording. I have been so worried about how it looks and feels that I put the most important stuff to the side. The meat and potatoes! The text. It's read much nicer now.
