Tyres and spacers on M Double Spokes 225M on E92

Dear Pro-Bavarians!

Would like to find out which is the widest (still normally looking) tyre one can put on M Double Spokes 225M (front is 8J, regular is 225/35, back is 9J, regular is 255/30) for a better stance of the E92 and which spacers are absolutely perfect in line with the wheel arches.

Thanks for the hint!

Cheers!

I'm running 235/35 and 265/30 with 12mm spacers all around and bmw performance suspension.
There was no room for larger tires or bigger spacer as there was already rubbing on dips. I had to have the fenders rolled very slightly.
No rubbing with this set up with stock suspension though.

Which country are you in? Some european countries have very limited sizes on tires that you must conform to.

Thanks @emre!

Do you also have any pictures from front and from back to have a clear view of the offset setup and tyre width? How exactly does BMW Perfomance suspension change your suspension/height? Fender rolling wouldn't be a problem to do (have done it also on other cars) and would like to find out what can be done eventualy, which tyres would mean sense (you propose 235+265?) as I'm aware that you can push it just a tad bit more out when staying on the same rim width of course (maybe also to protect the rim) and which spacers to go with (would 20mm spacers -40mm per axle be OK with rolling out the fenders? more than 20mm per wheel I would rather not try). How would this setup look like, any pictures?

Thanks again!

Sorry Soren, I don't have such pictures. Below is the only picture that shows the front set up better.

With bmw performance suspension kit rear sits like 12mm lower and front like 6mm or so compared to m sport.

Probably you can run larger tires with the oem wheels but 235 and 265 seem to be most popular choice.

In my case very slight fender rolling took care of the rubbing issue, it was only 5 minutes work on each side. With some serious work I think you can run up to 20mm spacers but I am no expert. Someone with first hand experience should chime in.
