Yup it is way too much... I dn't understand either... But as of now we are still inspecting the car for flaws that we might have overlooked when we picked up the car...

I didn't really care too much for their workmanship!
They damaged my black door post and my tint on the driver side and william promised that he will touch up a couple of other spots on my 335i;Instead he left my splash guard inside my front fender loose!They also overcharged my insurance company $600 dollars.
I need to take it back for a buff but I don't trust them anymore!My driver side mirror had a scratch but they didn't even repaint it!
I absolutely don't recommend them!Any other quality body shop would have done a much better job!

Forget about William... Call this guy... he is the manager... he might be able to resolve your problems and complains... If it doen't work... I will remove my recommendation back and call him personally ... call ED or email him...

Mine is over 15K but my insurance is FULL-COVERAGE so I let my insurance work with them... anyways if there is a bad feed back from the other members then... I will STRONGLY recommend LTBMW for all collision related problems if you are in Los Angeles... they work with most insurance companies too... And you don't need to worry about anything...
