I ordered my FRP DD quad diffuser (thru its distributor, bimmerkit) in July 2011, and received it about 2-3 weeks later, after going thru Customs. Fits around the AE Performance quads like a glove. Good experience here. Looks awesome in flat back on my SG e92.

ordered mine on the 23th, was told that it would be shipped 3 or 4 days later and 9 days later the difuser have not been shipped. i am canceling my order today....very bad customer service. never going to order anything from them again.

nope... the problem is not just the vendor, Duke Dynamics are liars .They posted on the forum tuesday morning that i would receive the diffuser in 1 or 2 days and i didn't receive anything yet. they are LIARS, they are SCAMMERS!! 14 days later if i check the tracking number it shows that the diffuser still in china......usps...EE418022395CN
And i paid $70 for the shipment

Stop being a dick!!!! You are one of the worse customer we had to deal with you in years. So, please grow up.

You will received your diffuser, I will check with the shipping company tomorrow and let you know as soon I heard from them.
