HELP removing the interior parts!

Sorry this is not a tutorial but I want to know how to finish my work before I mess up..

I want to wrap around the whole wooden colored interior parts of my car.

I already have the carbon fiber wrap, but I am not too sure how to take them out... also afraid that I might break it.

Please teach me a poor guy here !
