E90 upper trim just pops off. Lower trim sits in a rubber seal and will just pop off too if you wedge a card in between the rubber seal and the trim BUT it's impossible to reinstall the lower trim unless you take the seal out. However, removing the seal damages it so you need to buy new ones.
Not sure about e92. And I would advise against powder coating the trim. |
