Help!! Problem after bov installation
*Update, just got the codes read and it says cylinder 5 and cylinder 6 misfire, is that a spark plug problem or more serious? I'm starting to think it has nothing to do with the intake and bov**
I installed the dual cone intakes and a Greddy Type S bov today, everything went fine, but after starting the car, I'm hearing a small knocking sound from the engine and the bov is working incorrectly, only thing I suspect is my vacuum because the vacuum line is not 100% tight on the small plastic nipple on the car, would the vacuum cause that? Please give me your input, I can't drive the car right now! I sealed up the places where the old dv houses were and the spot next to the bov also

Also make sure you're connecting the vacuum hose to the right nipple on the BOV. The type S has 2.
From experience, I'm not a fan of the Type S. you can get all sorts of issues (flutter, Etc) if the adjustment screw isn't properly set. |

put them back on correctly, can't really get codes cleared until wednesday, unless discount auto parts can read codes!

I find it weird that you didn't have any misfires and suddenly they appeared after trying to install a BOV. below is a clip by COBB detailing misfire diagnosis (excluding injectors)
