New goodies fitted!
I've had a busy week sorting some bits on my car. I've always felt the standard E92 335i exhaust tips lacked a little something, so 5 weeks ago (they are very busy) I booked my car in to Pipewerx to get some new 3.5" 304 stainless steel tips fitted, I finally got them done on Monday, and the improvement is really noticeable in the flesh! I will try and take some better pics soon.
I can highly recommend the guys @ Pipewerx for any exhaust work. http://www.pipewerx.com/ Secondly a few weeks ago I purchased a SE bumper with the genuine BMW aero splitter fitted, from a member on here. I had it prepped and painted by a bodyshop, and whilst the bumper was there I decided to paint the lower silver mesh black to match my Performance grills. I used a paint called Plastidip for this job, and it gives a really nice finish (and quite durable too) . Because this bumper had never had a number plate screwed to it, it meant I could stick my shortened plate on without fear of visible screw holes! This really improves the look of the front end, and makes the car more agressive looking. If you are thinking of doing it,then don't hesitate, they are superb! Again not the best pictures, but they will do for now. |
