Lol I thought the same thing and bought an ACT just in case when. Still haven't installed it. That was over a year ago

So it looks like the clutch is shot anyways.... damnit.. kind of figured tough with my luck lol. About to place an order now for a new clutch.

dealer will usually replace one clutch for you if it has not been abused or run at excessive power levels and/or shows signs of severe abuse, its easy to tell. and yes they will cover it if you are nice about it.

Just a little FYI...
Ordered my ACT HDSD from Top Gear Solutions, it shipped in a matter of hours and arrived in 2 days. Needless to say I'm impressed! Good buy! |

The Damage:
  The new:  I went with the ACT clutch.. and honestly the engagement is not that bad at all.
