Here's some info about the Evo.

I bought it brand new back in June 25, 2006 from Renton Mitsubishi, still have original window sticker, manual and all paperworks. I'm the only and original owner and driver of Evo. Only other person ever drove the car is mechanics that worked on my car. I had dealer installed LoJack early warning system before I took the delivery, and had it tinted 35% and Viper alarm installed from the shop that dealership uses to work on their cars.

Never had any kind of accident, paintwork, bodywork done on the car. Always used Mobile1 oils for Engine, Amsoil for all other fluids (20k and 40k). Car was detailed every spring by pro shops and hands washed by myself every month or more often depends on how car looks.

My Evo was last dyno tuned by English Racing in Drift Office, made around 330whp if I remember correctly. English Racing is known as best shop in NW.

Here's list of some of modifications, I might forget something, but here it goes.
-Cusco Zero 2E coilovers with ECON
-Volk GT-V 18 by 8.5 with Kumho V12 235-40-18
-JVC Navi, MB quartz components, 2 JL 10w3v3 with 500/1v2 map
-QTP downpipe cutout
-LICP, UICP, ETS Intake, MBC, and etc
-Rexpeed CF wing, APR side mirror (still have original wing and mirror)
-Hotchkis RSB with Perrin end links
I'm sure I'm forgetting few things here and there, but car never had any major mods (turbo, injector, cams and etc) as it's my daily driver.

Car is always garaged, never stayed outside overnight ever. Never seen track days. I try to take detail pictures to show flaws. There are some light rock chips in the front, couple of door dings which should be easily fixed if it bothers you. Overall I would rate this car 9 out of 10 condition. After 6 years and 54k miles, it's hard not to get any rock chips or dings as a daily driver.
