hi guys,

i just happened to look out the upstairs window just now and saw a tatty car with at least 3 young guys in it drive slowly past my drive and looking at my car. the guy closest to the pavement/drive had his window open and was leaning out slightly to have a good look while his mate was driving, and there was at least one other guy in the back.

im a bit concerned with the 'more cars being stolen thread', any opinions guys? or am i just being paranoid?

It was probably nothing but i would be like you, just keep your eyes/ears open, likelyhood is they were just complimenting your efforts

I would keep your eyes open the things I heard is that there is a group operating essex / north london taking cars to order. So just be vigilant. Might be nothing or might be something. Did you get a chance to see the reg plate

cheers guys. im feeling quite paranoid at the moment, googling anti theift devices. but what can i do if they are dead set on stealing it and have the skills to do so. i'll just make sure the house is properly secured at night so family and i are safe.

i only managed to get the first part of the reg unfortunately

You have to remember that they are desirable cars.

Often when I'm out cleaning mine I get people asking if they can have a look at it and in when out it often turns heads. I wouldn't read too much into the drive-by.
