How much should I pay? CPO 335xi loaded coupe

http://www.bmwautohaus.com/certified...4780cd6df8.htm

This loaded 335xi was overpriced at $38900 last month. And was reduced to $36900 on May 1st. KBB says $36500.

But considering next coupe body is going to be revealed soon and hit the market in 2years, I don't think it's a good time to buy it at $36500. I tried $31k and $32k the dealer said no. (I saw other posts succeeded on $31k with similar 335)

Any suggestion on price negotiation? This dealer used to price higher than KBB. Maybe I should buy from others if I want an 335xi coupe. On the other hand, will the price drop significantly in few months (i.e., should I wait?)?

(It's kinda hard to find all things I want in one car: pre-owned, xDrive, i-6 engine, coupe body)

Thank you everybody.

They are going mid 30's by me certified with brand new tires, stick or auto. Coupe XI's are hard to find.

Does CPO car usually come with new tires? Most I see is use tires by former user. And whole set of new tires will cost about $2k.

I beleive its overpriced...While I was in the market few months back, came across a car in chicago - 2011 335Xi coupe auto with literally all the options(auto/nav/sport/prem/parking sensors/sunshade/h&k sound) with 8 K miles for 40K...

I got my fully loaded, pristine shape, non CPO, 2011 335xi sedan with 26,000 miles for 36k plus tax. Take off 5k per model year, add 2k for coupe and 2k for CPO, I would think you could get that car for 30-32k??
