No,I didn't do this in the end, I actually lashed out and bought a new washer assembly at great expense!!
I must have been in one of those "tightwad" moods when I typed that out Steve!! |

Just FYI - i just bought a car and this nozzle and cap was missing - phoned up BMW and they wanted ~£220 to replace ONE side...so clearly wasn't going to waste my money there and instead went down the far cheaper route..
eBay Genuine BMW Telescopic Nozzle: £8 BMW Nozzle Cover: £14 Cover Painted: £20 Then I just took the Telescopic Nozzle I bought, pulled it out, pried the plastic clip that holds the nozzle part into the telescopic tube up and pulled out the nozzle, this allowed me to just clip on the painted cover and slot the nozzle into the unit already mounted on my car (save the hassle, time and cost of removing the bumper! WIN!) |
