Knocking/creaking after suspension work

Hey guys

Just had eibach prokit springs fitted to my e92 (still have supreme power lowering perches installed) as well as M3 control arms.

On picking it up, the mechanic pointed out a knocking sound from the front. I took the car for a spin to get it aligned and there was definitely a knocking sound that wasn't there before.

Thought it might have been rubbing, but I can't see any. It happens mainly on poor road surfaces at lower speed and particularly while turning.

Any suggestions?

Spring not seated correctly, or the rubber seat is missing?
