I dont think these wheels look good on any BMW (including the M3), probably because of BMW's body look fat & rounded.

These wheels look best on type bodies with curves & angles like Porsche & Ferrari, Lambo..

i feel like the front bumper needs to "hug" the wheels more. the rims are sexy as tits but i'm not sure they look best one an e92, much better on that 1 imo
