Alloys question
This is going to be a stupid question most probably, but just seen a very nice set of aftermarket 19" alloys going for sale, but they came off an Audi A4 Convertible.
I guess there's no way on gods earth they would fit an E91? Offset's I think are similar, they are 8.5 and 9.5J, but I think the stud patterns are 5 x 112 for Audi's? |

You're right they won't.
Audi's have a centre bore of 57.1 & BMW's generally have a centre bore of 72.5. You could look into using hub adapters ,it would depend on the offsets of the Audi wheels?

No issue with spigot rings IMO. The majority of aftermarket alloy wheels need them to fit properly.

I think buying Audi is more realistic approach than just buying wheels of it.

It will be possible. The ET on 5x112 Audi alloys are usually around 42-47, and you can do ET35 on the LCI BMW pretty easy. So all you'll need is PCD adaptors, which will likely have the correct centre bores for the desired fitment, if you look at H&R or FK for them. You'll be wanting around 10mm adaptors for the best fit, Audi ET dependant.
But then again, I do agree, 19" 3SDM's would be a great choice. I went 18" myself to keep costs down though... |
