You guys "get it." The other forums are rampant with Vishnu-haters, and the comments boil down to their opinions that Shiv is a sheister marketing to "morons" and "idiots," and anyone can do the same without the flexfuel setup. You CAN get the exact same results on your own without the flexfuel setup - no one is claming you cannot - but the nice addition of the FF sensor means it is literally gas and go. Stock turbos seem to max out at about 50/50 E85/gas, and that's great. Hopefully BrianMN/Vishnu higher ethanol testing on more modified cars will yield easily reproducible, consistent, and safe tuning.

I wonder what gains E85 can have for more modified cars? So far the FF system on nothing but a DCI car seems enticing.

Have to agree with this. I am working on an E85 map on my AP and worry about having to do it again when they change the gas and ethanol formulations for the winter. In many ways, I'd rather not have to worry about it.

As an aside, thanks, Shiv, for sharing your tuning philosophies on this incredible fuel. It is a benefit to the community.

BrianNM sent me a bunch of Dynos/datalogs earlier today. He is running 50/50 mix with the Procede/ProceseFlash combo with FBO mods. With and without meth at different boost pressures. At low boost (16psi peak) without meth it made 430whp. With meth at full boost (19.5psi peak) it made 450whp. I'll post logs and Dynos when I get back to the US tomorrow. There are at least 10 pulls/logs.

I wish there were more E85 locations in our area.... Especially in South Jersey
Yea, Center City Shell (1135 Vine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107). E85 is nearly non-existent in NJ -- there's the ghetto gas station in East Orange (which I started with, would bring a 5 gallon tank there) & then the Gulf Station at the Newark Airport.

And that's all I know

Nice! Peak boost is somewhat meaningless when talking peak whp. I want to see the boost/timing @ the peak whp rpm!!
