HELP with Electronic steering wheel install !
When doing the installation behind the coil spring,
There is a step that says: Disconnect all cables from plug X10170 and connect to branch A7 as follows - BR cable from PIN 1 to PIN 1 - BR/GE cable from PIN 2 to PIN 2 - GE/BR cable from PIN 3 to PIN 3 - GE/SW cable from PIN 4 to PIN 4 - GR/BR cable from PIN 5 to PIN 5 - GR/SW cable from PIN 6 to PIN 6 My X10170 plug is a 12 pin socket, it has the 6 cables above and another 4 cables at pin 7, 9, 10 and 12. The steering wheel came with branch A7 (which is a 12 pin socket identical to X10170) and pins 7, 10 and 12 are occupied. So my question is: After I transfer pin 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 from X10170 to A7 and A7 already has 3 cables each at pin 7, 10 and 12. What do I do with the 4 cables that were originally at pin 7,9,10 and 12 from X10170 ? Only the one at pin 9 can be transferred since it is not occupied.
