Euro License plates

how are cops when it comes to having a euro license plate in the front?

Isn't LAPD strict about front license plate? OneOne of my buddy has a Euro front plate and he has no problem so far. Maybe he hasn't run into them yet.

i know lots of people with no license plates in the front that haven't had any problems but having a Euro license plate is another thing.
