How to edit pictures?
Chaps, what's the best way to take number plate lettering out of pictures without it looking shite? I've not got photoshop...
Also, on YouTube, how can you pixelate a number plate, if it can be done? Ta, Mart |

Have a look at http://fotoflexer.com/ that seems to do the job - try distort / twirl
Can't help with TouTube either |

Yes mate, remember there are lots of different shades to use when your photos are taken in different lighting conditions.

I use Paint too and it's a bit pants but if you choose the thing that looks like an eye dropper and pick a background colour then that's the colour you edit with ie everyone knows rear plates are yellow but they're not YELLOW! so use the eye dropper and the edit will be the correct shade for the photo.
That probably doesn't make sense but I know what I mean... |
