For Sale is a BMW 335i. I purchased the car from BMW in 2010 as a certified pre owned. It had 32k miles when I bought it, and it is currently at 73k.
Oil changes preformed at BMW every 3000 miles. All maintenance and work done at the BMW dealer in West Des Moines. I just replaced the battery less than a month ago.

It is an automatic transmission.

why was the oil changed every 3k?

When I bought the car, the dealership offered a program where I could change my oil every 3k/3 months up until 100k miles. It was a good deal.
Edit: I believe it may be transferable.
