The first number (from left to right) is the length of the spring in MM, just divide by 25.4 to get the length in inches.

Main springs: 200/25.4= ~7.87"
Tender Springs: 80/25.4= ~3.14"

The next number is the actual spring rate in Newton-meters/nm. Just multiply the nm x 5.709 to get the rate in lbs/in.

Main Springs: 60 x 5.709= 342.54lbs/in
Tender Spings: 60 x 5.709= 342.54lbs/in

The next number...

Hope this helps!
