135i caliper compatible with 335i front rotors?

I know the 135i brakes can fit onto the 335i front, but do you also have to swap over the rotors?

I wanted to keep the bigger rotor of the 335i, but I had a bmw performance front caliper set I wanted to install. I realize the pad sweep area will be smaller, but I have zinc coated rotors that won't rust in the unswiped areas so that's not a concern.

As long as the caliper can fit over top of the rotor without the size of the larger rotor causing problems I'd give it a shot.

Without a custom bracket it isn't going to fit on a 335i rotor.

I think the 335i rotors are both thicker and larger than the 135i's.. so it probably won't work.
