Hello all,

I bought an ipod touch snap in adapter for my 2006 330i with CCC. The dealer assured me it would be plug and play and "just work." The part number is 84212162534

When i plug in the ipod, it does charge, and the built in speakers stop playing, but no audio or track info show up under the AUX menu.

I plan to go back tomorrow and hopefully they can resolve it with a software update to the CCC or they will refund the adapter.

Any advice from members here on how to get this snap in adapter working properly?
