Breaking up with jb4 no codes!

I have a 09 335 a/t with a jb4 map5 vrsf down pipes Ets fmic and a drop in filter , I'm having some sputtering issues in the top of 2nd gear no to bad but for a good 2 seconds. Anyone know what it can be. Not getting any codes. Car still made 392whp and 442trq on50/50 pump and e85
