Removing Spoiler/ Carbon Fiber mirror covers????
Just wondering the best way to do so when they're both on with 3m tape...Also, will the paint be damaged in anyway if I take them off? I think they have been on the car for 10,000+. Thanks guys

no there shouldn't be any paint damage, get a heat gun or blowdryer and heat the area up like mad then slowly start to push the parts off, DON'T pull up it could break the part. push it and like i said make sure the tape is heated up

Blow dry it off with heat or another method is get some dental floss then slide it under the spoiler, once it's removed get some goo gone and take off the remaining tape.

Use a hair dryer and you'll be OK. If you use a heat gun, you could warp the mirror covers. For the spoiler, heat it up and then use dental floss or fishing line to cut through it.
