Thanks...something does tell me that if he had put it there, his wheels would still be gone though...and his car a bit more damaged.

I will say after letting my wheel locks collect dust on my desk for about a year I just put them on this weekend.

It's looking like it's Obama time!

Seriously - it's best if you can put 2 different types of locks on each wheel. Just make sure you check balancing.

It won't stop 'em but it confuses 'em and slows 'em down.

Good luck.

A shop over torqued my lugs and wheel locks (Key Snapped)... I defeated all 4 in under 3 minutes... These are the cheaper BMW locks... Wheel locks deter amateurs, but its better than nothing...

Sorry for your loss OP.

I hope they get what's coming. When you do bad to others, bad things will happen to you. That's the way life goes.

For studs, VAC and Turner make good ones. Length depends on whether or not you plan to run spacers. 75mm should work up to a 12mm spacer IIRC.

In terms of open ended lugs, I like my Muteki's but it's personal preference. And you don't need to buy extended lugs, the lugs that come with a stud kit are perfectly fine.

I can't believe they used an OEM style jack, figured that would be too time consuming. Wonder if he had aftermarket wheels. Either way...sucks...:-/
