Installing remote start/alarm in an E92
I've been thinking of getting a remote start/alarm system installed in my 07 E92 coupe. Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't want to spend a ton, something decent would suffice, so I was thinking of maybe going to best buy. Has anyone dealt with BBY before with that? How much should I expect to spend for something like this? The main thing is the remote start, but if it comes with a nice alarm system, etc for about the same price then I could go for that too. Thanks.

I work in BBY myself, not in the install bay though, Im the supervisor of security at my location, though I am always there trying to learn as much as I can. I know that some best buys choose not to do remote starts on push start vehicles because there is different coding and wiring involved then a normal key start system, from what im told. If you truly are interested I can find out myself for you of how much it will cost (depends on which system you choose though) or if you call your local best buy and ask to speak to the install bay we have an app on our computers that will quickly let us tell you exactly how much it will cost with parts and labor.
