I've been thinking about making my 335i come alive with more aggressive sound, I have read through some threads of both individually but not really a comparison. Do you guys prefer the enhanced engine sound from an intake or the louder exhaust note from an after market exhaust? I have neither so just looking for opinions and pros/cons. Thanks.

Get downpipes. Those give you the best of both worlds since the exhaust is louder, but you can also hear the turbos spool up much more

Not ready to give up my warranty yet with DP, I'm only at 15k miles.
