How long to wait before correction and sealant/wax on new paint?
So last friday week, my car got backed into ruining my rear driver side door. The car was sent in yesterday (wednesday) and is supposedly going to be there for 2 weeks. I was planing to do a full correction after the pollen ends, but obviously, that is not going to happen. How long should I wait before sealant/waxing the door? I have heard a month, but what is the real time?

I just had some work done after hitting a deer and I asked the body shop manager the same question when I picked up my car. He said that due to the type of paint and the way it is "baked" there was no need to wait at all. He also said that after they finished they put a sealant over the entire car and a wax wasn't needed, but that I could if I wanted to.
