Fault code help. Cobb Tuned.

I hate to make another fault code thread, but im getting nowhere with my searches. made a hard pull in 3rd today and went into limp. checked codes and this is what i had...

2008 335i

P2CEE
P2D09 (pre-boost controller or something)
H2FCA
H2FDA
H30FF


Any help with what these are, and solutions or fix would be greatly appreciated

mods: Catless DP, HKS SSQV, Injen DCI, Cobb Stage 2 agressive.

08 335i  [0.00]
My problem is that I have faults in the dash. I think one is for my brake wear sensor. The other is a TPMS sensor. Im pretty sure they are both for my rear passenger side. The problem is that COBB is not reading these faults so I don't know for sure. Anyone have the problem that COBB is not picking up fault codes?

Im pretty sure I hit a massive pothole and knocked things loose.
