I noticed today when i was cleaning my chargepipe that i had some oil on the bov. Is this normal it is nothing heavy or big its like a few drops but i dont know if it spits any oil out when driving..Is this normal to release any oil from the BOV?

If it's not venting pressure at idle (vacuum) then your vacuum line needs to be checked. When there is vacuum in the intake manifold the valve should and will open. It could also be too stiff a spring, but with a BOV you can disregard that.
