Hi all! Going though tough times and need to sell the condo property I own. I am also in process of selling my 2011 135i too

What is the typical rent range for this loft?
And is it being close to so many bars a good or bad thing?
Cause in my city most lofts are occupied by college students and they don't respect their landlords property

never rented out my place but next door to me at 118 it rents for 1100-1200 enough to cover mortgage. its more of a place for young professionals and younger families so dont think youll get shit heads to break stuff.. but on other hand you can get that anywhere right?

Exactly, a player needs to buy that place. Good job and good location that drives a BMW

I buy and rent out homes in that price range, never owned a loft or duplex or apt building. But I just bought a house for $166k and Im getting $1250 a month. So 1200 a month for $150k is defintely a good buy.
This would be a good investment property IMO
