Rotor replacement
So I'm finally a bit tired with the amount of brake dust buildup with OEM pads so I ordered a couple sets (front and rear) of Hawk HPS pads to replace them with. However I haven't ordered new rotors yet since I'm not sure if they need replacement. I can certainly feel a lip on the rotors (front and rear) but I don't know if that means if I should definitely replace them. Should I take them to my Indy mechanic first and get their opinion? Or just go ahead with new ones? Based on the service history the front rotors were replaced at 31k miles, rear rotors were never replaced. Current mileage is 65k.
If I do replace the rotors I'll being going with Zimmerman rotors from AutohausAZ. Really appreciate any feedback . |

I got mine here last month. I like them no complainings so far. I like the fact that dont get rusty right away like others. Just make sure you pick the right car model and year. I paid like 120 total for mine, your might be different.
