29F2 3rd Gear WOT Half Engine SES Light

Hey guys. Beautiful day out today with clear roads and I went WOT. 29F2 code from 3rd Gear WOT Half Engine SES Light. Mods are JB4 and DCI. It clearly shows that it is a HPFP code, my question is, do I delete this code and remove JB4? or remove without deleting? This sucks

How long since your plugs have been changed?

I would clear the code and see if it comes back.

29f2 is fuel pressure, HPFP.

It could be the tune causing it, it could be a fluke, or you may need a new HPFP or injectors.

If your spark plugs have more then 25,000 miles you likely need to change them.

So I was having the same issue, but my SES light would go up at around 4k RPM WOT on any gear. It throws 29f2 code, and I think it is actually the HPFP. My question is, is it possible to throw this code, and not throw a tuner detection code at the same time so that I can uninstall the JB4 and leave the code to show dealership they need to replace pump?

Did u update ur firmware? Update. Log a wpt from 2500 to 6k rpms a few times email it to terry@burgertuning.com. if the fuel pressure reads 12 or less throughout most of the band its bad.

Yes, but i cleared the codes before taking it in, and the 29f2 code hasnt come back even though ive romped my car hoping it would. Only occurs while tuned, So i wanna put the tune in, make the code pop up, but without the tuner detection code

Yeah you need to log. Some n54s need open loop adjustment. Terry can help if u sebd a log. It doesn't sound like hpfp if it doesn't occur while stock.
