Anyone using a sidekick 3? contacts doesnt load into I-drive

My wife and I both use the car... my MDA is the Primary phone...her Sidekick 3 is the secondary... my MDA's contacts all load and I can dial them all via the I-drive but her Sidekick 3 works fine...just the none of the contacts/adress book load. Can someone help a brother out....

Same with mines, its just not one of the there phones with full compatablilty...there no updates or tweaks that i know of and doubt there are..if soo TELL ME

I tried connecting my BB Pearl at the dealership and it didn't load my address book.
