Strange noise after shutting off car. What is it?

After shutting of my car, I hear this coming from the front/front-passenger side of the car. It shuts off after about a minute or so. Does anybody have any idea what it could be?

It may be the water pump. It still runs for a bit to cool the engine after you shut off the car.

Nah, not a water pump. Look at your radiator fan and see if it is barely hitting anything when it spins.
