Hydr02 is a silica based spray on/ rinse off sealant. The wheel was treated with Hydr02. This was 2 weeks worth of brake dust and grime. No soap or wheel cleaner were used prior to the rinse.

I was about to be not impressed when you used a power washer until I saw how little you sprayed the wheels. Very impressive. Any special considerations before applying? I usual use Carpro Trix before apply sealant to my wheels to make sure no contaminants are sealed in.

I did the same with Trix prior to Hydr02. I am a big fan of CarPro.

I honestly didn't think the dirt would come off that easy since this is a product primary designed for paint. What I really like about this product is the ease of application ( make sure the surface is wet, spray on the sealant, then rinse off with a strong stream of water). Can't get any simpler than that.

Since Hydr02 is silica based, it reminds me of its bigger brother CQuartz UK. It gives the paint a very glossy/ glass like appearance.
