Misfires

I had a jb4 and DCI I WOT from about 30mph to 70mph and I got 2 misfire codes in cylinder 2 and 3 and my car went into limp mode with the service engine light on, but when I turned the car off it was back to normal...

So I took the mods out and took it to the dealership and all they did was change the battery they said it was really really weak it actually died when I dropped it off. I got my car back and I gased it around 30 mph and got no misfire codes.. However I'm afraid to put the tune back in due to misfire's and going into limp mode..

Do you think the change of the battery fix'd my problem and the tune won't misfire anymore?

Change your plugs and see. Thats typically the cause of missfires. How many miles on those?

yup change them for sure. if it still persists, swap the coilpacks and see if the misfires follow the coilpacks. If it does youve found your problem.
