anyone running 100% e85 with bms flash?

I'm just wondering how many ppl are doing this and what kind of power are they making.

I'm fully bolted running g5 iso e50, and I want more power, don't wanna do meth though

you have the walbro pump installed? 100% puts lots of stress on the fueling system. E50 should be plenty.

i have run E85 on Cobb and E70 with G5 iso but since i did not see any improvements in timings and was forced to use meth to keep HPFP pressure up i went down to E50 again .

dont know how much there is to be gained running 100% e85.. I am running E60. From what I have seen from Cobb and JB4 dynos on anywhere from E50 - full E85 it looks like FBO cars all give pretty similar results 420-450whp and 460-500wtq. On another forum NJZ has a thread about something similar, he went to straight e85 and did not see too much of a gain

No. Only a LPFP upgrade will.

From what ive seen, it seems past ~E50 on stock turbos, we're not so octane limited anymore. The turbos themselves are the next weakest link holding the N54 back. The turbines are tiny! Bigger turbos are another story. So thus straight E85 on stock turbos is potentially a hair pulling exercise for small gains. You'd really need to be able to directly control timing to squeeze any further power from straight e85 thus you need a flash. I'd like see more results!

well, after getting the bms flash i started adding more e85, i went 65%, 75%, 90% and 100%.
the best mix was 75%. power felt really good but that was it. 90 and 100 the hpfp took a dive, it is still holding up good, according to terry the fuel looks OK. but i feel like the car is much slower at 100% e85.

next time i fill up im going 70/30.... i think that is where i should be. im sad, i hate mixing.
