Drilling headlight washer holes?
Has anyone drilled/cut holes in a bumper to accomodate headlight washers? Ive searched around and couldnt find a DIY.

Fairly simple really. As long as your measurements are right, measure where they should be, and trace the plastic piece that gets raised. Just start drilling away at it to cut the hole, MAKE SURE IT IS SMALLER THAN THE PLASTIC PIECE. Obviously the piece needs a lip all around it to rest on when it retracts. I was going to do this for my new m bumper, but I just decided pulling the fuse was easier, since I never use the headlight washers anyway. (Always shut my headlights off prior to using the fluid) |
