Black Line Brake issue on E90
Hi
I have an issue with my brake lights which I cannot seem to make any sense of. Question 1 - the main unit (unit on the rear quarter panels, not boot lid) there are 2 bulbs on each side for when lights are on and when that brakes are applied, which light is supposed to go brighter when the brake is applied? Inner or outer bulb? Question 2 - currently, when I apply the brakes, the left unit inner bulb comes on and right unit outer bulb comes on, this is 100% not normal right? Question 3 - are both the bulbs supposed to be the same? Currently is on the car. Question 4 - does this explain why my check light warning on my dash comes on but I have no bulbs that are blown on the car? Question 5 - is there some sort of coding issue somewhere down the lines of this or am I thinking too much? Thanks in advance for any help or guidance. ![]() Pat
