Hey guys,

I drive a 2008 BMW 323i, with the absolute basics + sport package. When I say basic, I mean my seats are manual controls, no individual temperature zones, no blue-tooth, no heated seats, etc.

Anyway, I was hoping to upgrade my sound system. I currently installed a new subwoofer and amp in the rear, but unlike most e90 systems, I didn't even have an amplifier back there. I had to run audio signal off of the front speakers, and power from the cigarette lighter. Anyway, I was hoping to upgrade my Head Unit to something where I can add a better amplifier. DVD, Bluetooth, USB, AUX, NAV would be nice too.

Anybody know of any out there? And where I can find them?

Curious, what did you end up doing? I have a 323i base audio as well... I've upgraded my HU, amps, and sub... going to do OEM speakers next.

I just left the HU stock for the time being, although I'm going to check it next week to make sure there isn't a USB connection afterall. Another thing I was contemplating is buying an LCI professional HU, that comes with bluetooth/USB and swapping out mine.

For now my concerns lie elsewhere though, as I'm trying to get 200hp to the wheels haha

definitely. Already scored a 3-stage intake from a 330i. Now it's just about finding me some headers

I've been hearing conflicting reports about whether or not the 323 comes with 3-IM or not.

There are even threads on this forum that suggest we do have the 3-IM on our cars.

Did you confirm otherwise?

Whether it's 3 stage or not, the intake on the 330i has bigger inlets, and one of the adjuster units is different (they share one common adjuster unit though). Once I have it installed and tuned I'll let you know. I'm hoping to have everything done by late September
